I have always had a fascination for the ancient Celts' ways and I am drawn more and more towards Nature, so I would like to explore this part of my life a little. Who knows, maybe it will even peek through my art and inspire me. Bear with me while I search, though, as I am only begining this journey.
And now, for something completely different... some words/proverbs to ponder, which I've gathered over the years.
- A journey of a thousand miles starts with one step.
- Time is a great story teller.
- Be happy while you're living, for you're a long time dead.
- We'll never know the worth of water till the well goes dry.
- A work ill done must be twice done.
- Conscience is the nest where all good is hatched.
- Common sense is not so common.
- Experience is the mother of wisdom.
- Learning is a treasure no thief can touch.
- Parents who are afraid to put their foot down usually have children who step on their toes.
Well, that is all for now.
Namárië. Farewell. (Oh, yes, I also have a fascination for the elven ways
P.S.: If any of my friends recognize who I am, do feel free to say hello... I'm only in stealth mode for the mystery of it.
P.P.S.: Man, do I miss my pretty journal CSS, lol! And thumbs in my journal! *sigh*
